Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the PenWeek mobile app and the penweek.app website, operated by 3Tech L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using PenWeek you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What PenWeek is - and is not
PenWeek is a tracking and education tool. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for your prescriber, pharmacist, or any healthcare professional. PenWeek never recommends a medication, a dose, a dose change, or a schedule. All treatment decisions belong to you and your prescriber.
The educational curve shown in the app is a unitless illustration of the general activity pattern of a medication, computed from published pharmacology constants and your own logged schedule. It is an estimate for understanding, never a measurement of your body, and it must not be used to make treatment decisions. If you feel unwell, contact your healthcare provider; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using PenWeek to track medication prescribed to you by a licensed healthcare professional. PenWeek is not for choosing, sourcing, or self-prescribing medication.
3. Your account
You sign in with one-time email codes; keep access to your email account secure, as anyone with your code can access your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. You can delete your account and all data at any time in Settings.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use PenWeek for anyone's data but your own
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems or access others' data
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the app or its content
- Don't use PenWeek where doing so would violate applicable law
5. Subscriptions
PenWeek may offer optional paid features by subscription. Pricing and terms are shown in the app before you pay; payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and subscriptions can be cancelled there at any time.
6. Intellectual property
PenWeek, its design, and its content are owned by 3Tech L.L.C-FZ. Your data is yours - we claim no ownership of anything you log, and you can export it at any time. Ozempic® and Wegovy® are trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S; Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. PenWeek is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PenWeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always fire - do not rely on PenWeek as your only reminder for taking medication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Tech L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PenWeek, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Termination
You can stop using PenWeek and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as PenWeek evolves. For material changes we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app; continuing to use PenWeek after that constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.
